The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner and other co-accused persons kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has not named this petitioner. She also denied the factum of kidnapping and stated that she was in love with co-accused Om Prakash Kumar and as such, she voluntarily went with co-accused Om Prakash Kumar and solemnized marriage with him. Other coaccused persons have already been granted bail by this Court.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
