This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Lakhisarai(Ramgarh Chouk) P.S. Case No. 30 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that his case, for the purpose of grant of regular bail, is identical to the case of co-accused Bijay Yadav, who has been granted bail by an order of this Court dated 03.03.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 9842 of 2016.

Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23041 of 2016 (2) dt.25-05-2016 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai, in Lakhisarai(Ramgarh Chouk) P.S. Case No. 30 of 2015.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the court on two consecutives occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
