At the outset, learned Senior Counsel submits that the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA), Bihar has preferred CWJC No. 12144 of 2021 in which amongst other

Patna High Court CWJC No.785 of 2019(4) dt.19-06-2023 2/2 prayer has been made for the quashing or setting aside the letter no. 3965 dated 12.12.2018.

It is his submission that on 23.2.2022, a Division Bench of this Court has admitted the said case. In the aforesaid background, he seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition with further liberty to approach the Patna High Court once again after the decision in CWJC No. 12144 of 2021.

Learned counsels appearing for the State also the Union of India have no objection.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
