The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 377/511/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 8 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

The prosecution case is that the minor son of the informant had gone to play when this petitioner took him in the bush and made attempt to commit unnatural offence. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that maliciously the petitioner has been roped in the present case and a statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23122 of 2016 (2) dt.23-05-2016 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 641 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge Ist, Patna.
