1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Manjhagrah P.S. Case no. 360 of 2022 registered under sections307, 341, 323, 324, 325, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the six named accused persons including the petitioner herein are said to have come variously armed and as a result of assault by one Surendra Mahto with a farsa, mother of the informant sustained grievous injury and subsequently died in course of treatment.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. It is submitted that Urmila Devi and the petitioner are two different and distinct persons. In any case, the allegation of assault is

5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations of assault being against Surendra Mahto and not the petitioner herein who is a lady and is in custody since 14.9.2023 and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Manjhagrah P.S. Case no. 360 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.
