The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegations in the F.I.R., a motorcycle was recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is stated that on demand the petitioner did not produce the documents with respect to the same.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no stolen motorcycle has been recovered from his house. He has been falsely implicated in the case. Section 413 of the Indian Penal Code has wrongly been mentioned in the F.I.R. and the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the petitioner having remained in custody for over 9 months and investigation in the case having concluded, this Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case no. 382 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria.
