Case No. 55 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per FIR the petitioner and one Dhananjay rai stabbed the son of the informant, causing injuries. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that allegation is false and he was not present there and there was dispute with respect to the place of occurrence and he is in custody since 4.12.2019 and Dhananjay Rai has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 13.2.2020 in Cr.Misc.No. 77179 of 2019. Heard learned APP, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that injury is grievous in nature.
