The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant named the petitioner along with other accused persons making allegation that some incident took place and the villagers of the vicinity made protest, set ablaze the vehicles and also set ablaze the Buxar Industrial Police Station in which one Chowkidar was burnt to death.
It is submitted that petitioner is of course named in the first information report but no specific allegation is made against the petitioner. More than thousand persons assembled at the place of occurrence in which five persons were killed and many other were injured in a road accident in which a truck dashed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30228 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 motorcycle and auto rickshaw. Many of the accused persons have already been granted either anticipatory bail or regular bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Buxar (Industrial) P.S.
