The petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2016 in connection with Araria (Bairgachi) P.S. Case No. 301 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 354, 504, 379, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that no specific allegation has been made against the petitioner for having attacked the deceased, resulting in his death and also in view of the fact that even subsequent to the present occurrence, the petitioner and his family members had repeatedly been attacking the informant and her family

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23247 of 2016 (2) dt.31-05-2016 2/2 members, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is accordingly rejected.
