In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 104 of 2016 registered for offence under section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. From the possession of the petitioner and others, a stolen motor cycle was recovered.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner, he may renew his prayer for bail after nine months of custody.
