Also gone through the report submitted by the learned lower court. From perusal of the report, it is apparent that all the prosecution witnesses have already been examined. Statement of petitioner under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. has already been recorded. Therefore, disposal of trial has fallen in the hand of petitioner himself.
Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
