2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 568 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. From the FIR, it appears that Ajit Kumar was in the business of cheating people and the petitioner along with Ajit Kumar were caught with Mithlesh and the informant of this case also appears to be man of bad antecedent.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 5.10.2024 and he claims to have clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VIII, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 568 of 2024.

7. The Court below, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner is directed to verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. If the Court below finds that the petitioner has criminal antecedent then his bail bonds shall not be accepted by the Court below and if the petitioner is not found to be involved in any other case, his bail bonds shall be accepted.
