ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2014 in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No.745 of 2015 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation against the petitioner is false and fabricated. It is further submitted that there was a political rivalry between the informant and the petitioner on account of the fact that the petitioner was the supporter of B.J.P. candidate whereas the informant was the supporter of R.J.D. candidate. It is further submitted that the victim Rambha Kumari, who is said to have been attacked by the

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, the period of custody and also that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No.745 of 2015.
