JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date :- 20-02-2019 The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent authorities to grant him the benefits of 3rd M.A.C.P. in Pay-Band 2 to which he is entitled. The petitioner has served for more than three decades as a Jansevak and has superannuated on 31.10.2010. Though he has been paid the 1st and 2nd A.C.Ps., but the benefits of the M.A.C.P. has not been extended to him. The

2. Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court directs the petitioner to represent before the District Magistrate, Saran, Chapra (respondent No. 2), detailing his grievances and the details of the payment to which he is entitled, within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of such representation, the same shall be disposed off by the concerned respondent within a further period of six weeks thereafter by a reasoned order. In case, the claim of the petitioner is found to be tenable, necessary sequel order shall be passed without any delay.

3. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
