BAJANTHRI) 27-08-2025 In the light of the previous order, learned counsel for the opposite party has filed supplementary show cause on behalf of the opposite party no.1 along with Annexures-R/1 series to R/6. From paragraphs-6 and 8, it is crystal clear that the grievance of the petitioner has been set right.

2. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that interest has not been paid.

3. Perusal of the records, it is evident that there is no demand in respect of payment of interest. In this regard, petitioner is at liberty to invoke remedy before the concerned authority in seeking interest on belated settlement of certain

Patna High Court MJC No.139 of 2022(9) dt.27-08-2025 2/2 dues. If such application/representation is submitted by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the concerned authority within a reasonable period of time.
