Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under various sections of the Arms Act. Taking into consideration that fifty live cartridges were recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner carries criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 194 of 2015 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Danapur, Patna stands rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) SHAHZAD/- U T
