Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Neither petitioner is named in the first information report nor has been identified in test identification parade. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedent of few cases but except criminal antecedent as well as confessional statement of co- accused, there appears to be nothing against petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 1.3.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Forbesganj P.S. Case no. 743/2014.
