1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State along with learned counsel for the O.P. No. 2.
2. The mediation report dated 12.03.2024 records that dispute between the parties have been resolved through the process of mediation and the terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them is being attached herewith along with the mediation report, the terms of settlement is also attached with the record.
3. From perusal of the agreement entered in between the petitioner and the informant, it manifests that the dispute in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9577 of 2023(6) dt.28-03-2024 2/2 between the parties stands resolved and the agreement is also signed by the learned lawyers of both sides.
4. Since the dispute in between the parties stands resolved through mediation, as such, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Complaint Case No. 778 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
