The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S.Case No.288 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner as per FIR is that he went for collection of money but when he did not return till evening, an inquiry was made about him and thereafter the petitioner informed that he had collected Rs.48,178/- which has been snatched and on enquirer, the action of the petitioner was found suspicious.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has also made complaint about the occurrence to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6473 of 2019(3) dt.01-04-2019 2/2 S.P., Rohtas, which will appear from Annexure-2 and he has also been falsely implicated only on suspicion. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order and on surrender he will be released on provisional bail in connection with Bikramganj P.S.Case No.288 of 2018 on condition that he will depsoit the total amount in four equal installments within a period of four months and once the total amount is deposed, his bail bond shall be confirmed and payment of the aforesaid amount shall be subject to result of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
