The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 203 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 1674 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 14.400 ltrs of Nepali wine was recovered from the motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand)
