The present writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondents to fix IVth Revision Pay scale w.e.f. 01.04.1981 (pay scale 680 to 965) of the petitioner counting his service on the post of Assistant Stenographer as well as the difference amount of pension with effect from 01.04.1981 to till

Patna High Court CWJC No.1514 of 2023(3) dt.20-04-2024 2/2 date with interest.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent-authorities be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for his Revised pay scale fixation w.e.f. 01.04.1981 and pay the differential amount of pension. 4.

In the aforesaid background, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.5 (The Registrar, Jai Prakash University, Chapra) within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no.5 is well advised to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application is disposed of.
