Public Prosecutor for the State and also heard learned counsel for the informant.
Petitioner is named in the first information report but only suspicion has been raised against the petitioner on the ground that on 22.8.2014 petitioner and others had come at the house of the informant and started searching her son and when they could not succeed to trace him out, they threatened the informant to teach a lesson to her son and since then his son was found missing. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that according to the prosecution case itself, when petitioner and others went at the house of informant, informant disclosed that her son was missing prior to one week of 22.8.2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in Bettiah Mufassil P.S.
