The petitioners are in custody in connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 517 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 326, 302, 337, 338 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 21.10.2018.
