JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner being constable is said to have opened fire causing firearm injury on the leg of the informant. The informant sustained simple injury though said to be caused by firearm. Petitioner is in jail custody since long and the investigation of the case has already been completed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge-III, Danapur, Patna in connection with Rupaspur P.S.Case No.22 of 2015.
