2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for following relief(s):- (i) to direct the respondents not to relocate the Panchayat Bhawan of Gram Panchayat Nonea Dih, under Block Raxaul, Police

Patna High Court CWJC No.2077 of 2024(2) dt.01-07-2024 2/3 station Raxaul, District East Champaran at a new place i.e. Srirampur, which is neither the headquarter nor even located centrally under the territorial limit of the said Gram Panchayat.

(ii) to direct the respondents to construct the Panchayat Sarkar Bhawan, in the Panchayat headquarter i.e. Mahadeva Tola, over the same description of land, khata no. 5, plot no 985, thana no. 84, Block Raxaul, where the Panchayat Bhawan is already in existence for more than last 50 years.

(iii) for grant of any other relief(s) which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be approaching the respondent no.3 (The District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari) for the redressal of his grievance.

4. Learned State Counsel has no objection.

5. In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2077 of 2024(2) dt.01-07-2024 3/3 respondent no.3 (The District Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari) in next four weeks who shall take a decision after hearing the parties in next four months.
