Vide order dated 04.03.2024, it transpires to this Court that no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners and as a matter of last indulgence, this case was adjourned for one week with specific direction that if none appears on behalf of the petitioner on the next date fixed, appropriate order shall be passed. Today also, no one appears on behalf of the petitioners.

3. In this background, it transpires to this Court that
