1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Additional and District Sessions Judge-1, Patna vide order dated 06.12.2023 passed in B.P. No.2099 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-operate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the trial in connection with Mahila P.S. Case (Patna) No.91 of 2023.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
