The learned trial court has reported that only three prosecution witnesses have been left to be examined. The aforesaid fact goes to show that trial of the petitioner is going in full swing. Therefore, I am, again, not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions trial no. 384 of 2014/ 45 of 2014 corresponding to Madanpur P.S. case no.141/2013 is rejected.
However, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself. Shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
