Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 18.08.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 156 of 2021, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, but the petitioner could not surrender within time as he is living in foreign country Maldives for earning his livelihood. In view of the aforesaid fact, six weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the petitioner to surrender in the court below.
