The petitioner seeks bail in Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 106/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation the name of the petitioner surfaced in the case from the mouth of other coaccused. Petitioner was arrested on 30.03.2015 but till date he has not been put on Test Identification Parade. No incriminating article was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No. 106/2014.
