The petitioner seeks bail in Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The brother of Lalo Devi alleged that his sister was married to Jitendra @ Karu Chaudhary eight years ago. She got a son about three years but her husband and other in-laws were torturing her for demand of dowry. The petitioner is younger brother-in-law of the deceased. Omnibus and general allegation is made against the petitioner. Lalo Devi was done to death by strangulation. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is brother-in-law, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32725 of 2015 (2) dt.19-08-2015 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada, in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No. 134/2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in Para 13 of the bail petition.
