JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and according to the prosecution case itself, the marriage has taken place eight years ago but even then the case was registered under section 304B. Moreover, after investigation police found the case true for the offence under section 306/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nardiganj P.S.Case No. 134 of 2014.
