JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Asarganj P. S. Case No.130 of 2019 disclosing offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

On information that four accused persons including the petitioner are engaged in the liquor trade, police raided the field of Munna Yadav and there is recovery of 675 liters of liquor from his field.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the vague allegation that he has engaged in liquor trade, nothing against him. There is no recovery from his field or at his instance. He has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III-Cum-Special Judge, Excise, Munger, in connection with Asarganj P.
