Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria (Mufassil) P.S. Case No.1019 of 2021, registered for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 147 and 120B of the IPC, pending in the Court of Learned C.J.M. Khagaria. 4.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 5.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn. 7.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to surrender before

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5565 of 2023(5) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek for regular bail, and the learned Court below would pass the order on the same day, in accordance with law, considering the fact that the petitioner has no role in the sanctioning of the loan in question.
