JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to make payment of salary to the petitioner for the period April 2013 to June, 2017, the period during which the petitioner has discharged his duty.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not being paid his salary inasmuch as the certificate deposited by the petitioner is under cloud and its genuineness is required to be verified by the Chairman and the Secretary of the Bihar School Examination Board.

Having regard to the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1761 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 petitioner to approach the respondent no.6 i.e. the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai, who shall get the certificate of the petitioner verified from the Bihar School Examination Board within a period of twelve weeks from today and shall then examine the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
