Taking into consideration that one live cartridge is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S.Case No. 240 of 2015.
