In the present writ petition, petitioner is challenging the order dated 9.5.2017 passed by the Collector, Gopalganj in Supply Appeal Case no.2 of 2017 by which he has affirmed the order of dated 21.12.2016 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Hathua, Gopalganj by which he has cancelled the licence.

There is provision of revision. The petitioner has approached this Court straight way without exhausting alternative remedy of revision.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9817 of 2017 (2) dt.23-08-2017 The petitioner should first exhaust the remedy. If the petitioner files revision within a period of one month from today, the revisional authority will be obliged to dispose of the revision within a period of five months from the date of filing of the revision application.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
