It would appear from perusal of the first information report itself, that the informant noticed one person going on the motorcycle and when the aforesaid person was signaled by the informant to stop the motorcycle, aforesaid person started fleeing leaving behind him said motorcycle but it is surprising enough that after chasing informant caught two persons.
Moreover, it appears from perusal of para 3 of the petition that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the said motorcycle has not been recovered from his conscious possession. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Town P.S.
