The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that when he came out from the bank after withdrawing Rs. 72,600/- one person came and requested him to give change of Rs. 1000/- but that persons snatched his money and tried to flee away but the informant caught him to disclosed his name as Rakesh Kumar. Rakesh Kumar disclosed that petitioner was also with him but the petitioner has not been put in T. I. Parade. The informant did not make any allegation against the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36196 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 2/2 is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in Patory P.S.
