JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2016 I have perused the report of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Khagaria, from which, it is evident that it is the informant who appears to be responsible for prolonging the trial.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IVth, Khagaria in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 139 of 1987 (G.R. No. 1043 of 1987) bearing Sessions Case No. 211A of 1988.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21931 of 2016 (3) dt.22-06-2016 2/2 as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
