Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 96 of 2018 for the offence under section 9(b)(II)© of NDPS Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in the instant case 110 gram Ganja was seized. Considering small quantity of Ganja and the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Special Judge-III, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sanjhauli P.S. Case No. 96 of 2018.
