The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Siswan P. S. Case No. 86 of 2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16516 of 2021(2) dt.06-01-2022 2/3 Code.

Six persons including the petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant who was sitting at his hotel, for no apparent good reason.

The injury suffered by the victim are simple in nature.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the accusation against them is general and omnibus and not specific. He further submits that because of an old dispute, this case has been lodged against the petitioners.

Regard being had to the afore-stated facts and taking into account the clean antecedents, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
