2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 342 of 2023 registered on 22.07.2023 lodged under Sections 304B/34 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against four named accused persons including the petitioner.
4. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is the Bhaisur of the deceased and he has nothing to do with the family of his brother. Counsel further submits that husband of the informant is in custody since 18.08.2023 which is mentioned in paragraph 20 of the bail application. He further submits that

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-12, East Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 342 of 2023, subject to the conditions as well as the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
