JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are not named in the first information report and it appears from perusal of the impugned order that for the first time, name of both petitioners surfaced in confessional statement of one Sunil Yadav and subsequently, the confessional statement of petitioner No. 1 was recorded and in the confessional statement, name of petitioner No. 2 surfaced. It appears that except confessional statement as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioners, who are languishing in jail custody since 07-05-2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34010 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Laxmipur P.S.
