Petitioner being father in law of the deceased is languishing in jail custody since 05.10.2014 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The post mortem report of the deceased reveals that no external injury was found on the person of the deceased and her viscera was kept preserved for chemical examination. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub
