Petitioner being father in law of the deceased is languishing in jail custody since 05.10.2014 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The post mortem report of the deceased reveals that no external injury was found on the person of the deceased and her viscera was kept preserved for chemical examination.
