2. The petitioner is in custody since 08.03.2016 in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Sections 302/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated only on suspicion and there is no material to connect the petitioner with the alleged offence. He has been made accused on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused Shatrudhan Paswan.

4. In the aforesaid facts let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22162 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special judge, SC/ST Act in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016, with condition that the petitioner will be well represented on each and every date and if she fails to do so on three consecutive dates without sufficient reasons, her bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
