The petitioner seeks bail in Belaganj P.S. Case No. 24/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is named in the FIR on the basis of disclosure made by Sikandra Yadav from whose possession Rs. 24,500/- and a mobile were recovered. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 02.06.2015. Similarly situated co-accused Sikandar Kumar @ Sikandar Yadav has already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya,
