JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It would appear from perusal of the first information report that petitioner was working as Manager of brick-kiln and the owner of the aforesaid brick-kiln used to tease the female labourers of the aforesaid brick-kiln. So far as petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that whenever any complain was made regarding the ill behaviour of owner of brick-kiln, petitioner did not pay any heed towards the aforesaid complain. Moreover, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that owner of the brick-kiln was murdered by the informant's son and others for which Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 52 of 2015 was lodged and in retaliation to the aforesaid case, the present case has

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Saharsa in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 05 of 2015 arising out of Sonbarsa Raj P.S. Case No. 53 of 2015.
