The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 132 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 326, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is specific allegation against co-accused Ranjit Kumar Yadav and Rakesh Kumar Yadav. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.15675 of 2021(2) dt.20-12-2021 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Nalanda in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 132 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
