The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 447, 448, 324, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code-1860.

As per prosecution case, when informant was sitting at his door at the same time petitioners along with other co-accused persons came and started abusing, on protest petitioner no-1 assaulted by means of spade on the

In the meantime co-accused also snatched gold chain of his mother. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties and both parties received injuries in separate occurrence. There is no grievous injury sustained by the informant as per medical report. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioners are languishing in judicial custody since 12.11.2022.

Learned APP appearing for the state has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as judicial custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 541 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
